What is EthicsPoint?

EthicsPoint is a confidential way for you to report your questions and concerns about ethics, compliance, and our Code of Conduct. EthicsPoint is administered by a third-party company, called NAVEX, and is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Will my report be secure and confidential?

This webpage is hosted on EthicsPoint’s secure servers and is not part of Vitalant's website or intranet. If you request to remain anonymous when making your report, we will respect your request. We will also treat your report confidentially to the extent possible.

Who else can I speak to?

Vitalant encourages you to speak up in whatever way is most comfortable to you, such as directly to your supervisors, managers, Human Resources, or other appropriate personnel. You may also reach out to the Chief Compliance Officer directly at integrityforward@vitalant.org. If you do not feel comfortable doing so, EthicsPoint is another channel you can use to let us know your questions or concerns.

What happens after I reach out to EthicsPoint?

Your web-based report or your call will be routed initially to EthicsPoint, an independent third-party host for the Vitalant Integrity Forward Helpline. The information you provide will be forwarded to the appropriate personnel for review and investigation. All reports submitted will be taken very seriously by Vitalant.
